A comparison chart appears at the bottom of the page. Weight management programs are designed for fat loss and muscle gain.
Most weight management programs are promoted by persons who either never used them or don't use them. Dr. Applebaum has used and continues to use these programs. Initially, he used one of the Pulse Diet tm Plans and Counter-Carbesity® Programs to shed some fat and begin adding lean muscle. He currently uses them for maintenance. He uses the Counter-Carbesity® GROWTH Program for 12 weeks each year to promote even more muscle gain. (Counter-Carbesity® GROWTH can be followed year-round. Using it for 12 weeks is a choice made by Dr. Applebaum based upon his goals.) Each program is custom designed to fit you. There are different plans for men and women.
